Grant, completely understood that a new one is listed for $550, but after taxes and shipping it’s closer to $580. I’m open to offers below the listed price though.

Mike, going back to your comment about taxes and such... I am saving $6 buying yours at it's current price. At that point, it would just be worth it to buy it new from Valve directly. If you consider lowering it, please let me know and I might purchase.
